“Car in another car park when I arrived. Found it quite quickly really, so no problem. Could have been my fault. Gave the wrong return date. When I got tothe car the button key did not work, so unable to gain access. The chap knew a way of getting iwithout pressing the buttons. Removed a section of the door handle and revealed a space for the key. Got access and the engine stated first time. Very clever. Thank the chap concerned first for finding the car and then getting access. This is why I rated you five star. Well done.”
