“Hello, just one thing, one of rusk bag was damaged, and then taped up the damaged and was still sent out to me, i think goods need to be inspected before dispatch, sorry no photos, needed to use the rusk straight away. Otherwise everything else was good.

Getting it right for our customers matters very much to us, so I am sorry to hear about your delivery.
I have investigated this order ending in 530 and my finding show your goods where delivered to the address specified on your web order correctly by our own transport at 13:02 on 03.09.2024.
I can see you did have an issue with a delivery on an older ending 487, after you recently closed one of your sites, but our sundries manager replied to your email on 31.07.2024 to resolve this to which we had a reply from someone say "not a problem at all these things happen".
At the same time as this email on 31.07.2024 all your address on our system and on the website where all updated and corrected and it apears orders ending 530 and your old shops new owners order ending 692 have all been delivered correctly.
Hopefully your orders will continue be fulfilled correctly and we really apreciate your business.

“Everything we use is 90% available anything not in stock has been delivered on a later date. Ordering is easy to follow on the website and dispatched straight away. Only one little issue but not PFM fault we close at 1pm and although we state this on our orders the courier has delivered after this time.”
