“We are utilising the app for our 20 year old Austitic adult and despite this being outside of the normal age groups for the app we have found that the support, responsiveness and willingness to assist us from ParentShield has been second to none as a plus our young adult has become sensible about their use of calls and texts and our self regulating how much time spent on the mobile. Have already recommended to several friends and family and will continue to do so.”

“Apart from the fact that the SIM card and portal are very good indeed, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for email help from the ParentShield team. The answers are always correct and to the point. If phones aren’t your ‘thing’ you should try them. I wish you got this sort of service from most other companies these days but you don’t. Very impressed.”

“I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review because I wanted to be sure I was happy with it. I can safely say that this was the best decision I made. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my sons safety and I was really worried about this next stage in his life and ParentSheild have made it really easy for me to give my son the freedom he needs while still having control. It was super easy to set up, it worked straight away and it's simple to use. I have recommended their services to everyone that I know with kids!”

“After putting off giving our foster child a phone, we took a long look at what ‘supported sims’ were available. This led us to ParentShield. From the first enquiry, the service has been great. Quick to arrive and easy to set up; we have been very impressed. We go ‘live” tomorrow with her first unaccompanied bus ride to and from school. We like the fact that the phone can be turned off during school hours. If there is an emergency, she can go to reception. We managed that as a child. We think that phones are an unnecessary distraction in school. Outside of school, we get full text and call notifications from her phone. This ensures we know who she is talking to, which is so important nowadays. People may say that we should trust our children, but that has to be earned and proven. This service allows her to build that valuable life skill. For any adult wondering whether to try ParentShield, I would encourage them to give it a go. With no contract commitment you have the opportunity to see if it works for you and your child.”
