“Just what I needed for my daughter who has learning disabilities but wanted a phone like everyone else. Now she can phone her family without me worrying who she is phoning and where and friends and family can phone her. Brilliant.”

“My son was so happy with the idea that he could have safe guarding from predators with us being able to see texts and hear calls if needed and that in an emergency he can still call someone”

Hi, The most common reason for a call not recording is if it is too short or didn't connect. We'll have our engineers check your setup first thing in the morning. Just in case it's something else.

“Just set up; from log on to finished in under 5mins. It's ridiculously easy and stress free, just as it should be. Stickers with the new phone number on are large print - very handy. I feel confident our daughter can learn to manage her own phone safely now.Can't wait to see what happens next. Now for the fun part...”

“Great product and brilliant customer service. Any problems or queries are dealt with immediately. Recently my son screwed up his phone - don't quite know what he did, but it resulted in the SIM card being blocked. Unfortunately we are dealing with lots of anger issues and rages. ParentShield was very supportive and sent out a new SIM free of charge! I can fully recommend them.”
