“Minimal need for the phone, but, I love what parentshield offers. I can be as sure as it it possible to be that my son, who has special needs, is able to ring me or 999 if he needs to. Also that I can be able to find him if he wanders off and so on. Thank you!”

“We got this sim card for our sons birthday, a first phone for him so naturally anxious regarding mobiles and online safety. Easy to setup, Parentshield offers us as little or as much oversight as we feel necessary. Not only has the Parentshield system given us complete peace of mind, the customer service received from Paul and Julie, even out of hours could not be faulted. Highly recommended, thank you all!”

“ParentShield is giving me “peace of mind” for the first time in 12 years of fostering. Not that I’m getting complacent, and I’m still finding my way around, but it is not complicated and if I have any questions I will be happy to ask for help. “Absolutely amazing concept and perfect for a child’s first phone! The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is down to the app and navigation of the portal. It’s very dated and could do with a big makeover to bring it into this century. Other than that everything is exactly what you need for your child!”

“Came across this company from a review of phone sims. I liked the sound of what they offered, some excellent features like being able to make calls to emergency number even if no minutes left. Have now received sim and the documents again some really nice features here little stickers with mobile number on to give to people. However all this stuff is great but the best part of this company is the customer service. The “bigger” phone company’s could learn so much from these guys. Customer service like you have never seen before from s phone company. I feel like this team have gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you”

“Can't recommend parentshield enough not only does it give reassurance that your child is safe whilst having their first phone, they system is easy and simple to use and the customer service is amazing they will help you no matter how small the issue is and will even support you out of working hours which is great”
