“Absolutely fantastic idea, executed brilliantly. Particularly invaluable is the option for always having two numbers available even when out of credit (which invariably happens!). Just had a helpful and friendly phone call on a Saturday afternoon with Graham who helped me sort something out with the Mobile Data, without making me feel like a Technology Dinosaur (which I clearly am!!!). Thank you ParentShield!”

“ok so i left a bad review coz i couldn't work the phone not the sim. technology and me don't mix. however i was bombarded with phonicalls from the company late in the evening when i was trying to get the kids homework tea bath bed sorted which was not appreciated. sim is good. thanks.”

“Couldn’t ask for more of a safety feature for my grandchildren. The best service provider anyone could ask for regarding child safety with modern technology. Ask for Paul when you speak to parent shield. He is first class service, and very pleasant to deal with.”

“The customer service is to die for! Keeps me with this company. Very prompt and always the matters are thoroughly looked into and resolved. There are so many features which help keep my child safe. Last week she called me and asked me to block a number! Fabulous! I would recommend to any parent.”

“Since incorporating ParentShield within my working role it has proven such a massive help to safeguard young people which will continue to prove a great tool to use. “I heard about this product from one of the other dad's at school and thought it would be perfect for my 7 year old. Really really pleased with it, has enabled my son to feel more grown up and independent whilst giving me greater peace of mind. Fabulous customer service also.”

“Parentshield is a valuable resource! I can check on the progress of my child's understanding of the outside world by giving some freedom, but within a monitored situation. In our particular case this is essential due to safeguarding reasons. I can also assess how he is coping with organising his newly found social life, I can monitor for bullying, and check on his behaviour towards others on texts or calls. In the event of anything going wrong or the child going missing, there are valuable texts and calls which I can look up on the Parentshield app. Even for kids without current safeguarding issues, I think this service is something every parent should consider, as it may prevent safeguarding issues from arising. I pay for the full service and consider it good value and find it reassuring that my child will always be able to get in touch. My remote control of the phone settings is very useful as well. I highly recommend Parentshield to anyone who is introducing their child to mobile phone use, or who has concerns about parental awareness. A happy Mum.”

“Parent Shield has saved my Daughter's life. My Daughter was sexually assaulted and groomed and I wouldn't have known anything about it if I couldn't have listened to her calls and read her texts. She is now involved with County Lines and the only way I have to try to keep her safe is to listen to her calls. Thank you so much for the service you provide.”
