“This Sim and app is absolutely amazing! As a foster-carer and parent, it's vital that we monitor what our children have access to on-line. It's brilliant...I can, stop, start, restrict everything on my children's phone. And the price I pay monthly is ideal for peace of mind. Also the tech support you receive once your up and running with the sim is great. Thanks Ian!”

“I love parent shield I got my daughter her first phone last week and this is truly great the amount of transparency and safeguards it gives is truly second to none. I would recommend this to any parent to give there child for a first phone.”

“Parent shield was recommended to me by another parent who works in IT and tech. He was right, Parent shield is the best out there for what they do. In particular their customer service: Graham took my call at 9.30pm when I couldn’t track my daughter on her phone and patiently explained to me how to fix the issue. Their curiosity to understand what parents need and adapt makes them a robust business with the client and our kids safety top of mind.”

“This is a brilliant apt, I love how the child can only call/text approved numbers, I can monitor the apps they download and the data they use. It was so easy to set up and excellent customer service from Parentshield. Will definitely recommend them again.”

“my son lost his phone again, parents shield sent another sim striaght away. my other son had scammers calling him, ask for a different sim, they sent straight away. i can see all their messages and hear all the phone calls. i might not need to do this for them yet, but just knowing if anything happens, this is always there for me is reassuring. the fact that they can call me and their dad anytime for free gives me the most reassuring feeling.”

“Excellent customer service from a company that really seems to understand what parents need in the modern age. Yes, they can't compete with the big players on price but I don't want my kids spending endless unsupervised hours on their phone; I just want to know that they're staying safe and making sensible choices. “So far so excellent. Customer service has been exceptional. A question sent by email was answered immediately, and another via the online chat was also answered within minutes. 🙌 I can see what calls/texts my son is making, and feel like I have control in the unruly world our kids now have to negotiate.”

“ParentShield customer service team is probably the best I have ever come across. No question is too stupid, nothing is too much trouble. I even had a long online chat (with Graham, I think) at about 22.30 the night before our daughter's birthday, when he got all my issues resolved.”

“I am really impressed with the ease of using ParentShield for our 9 year old daughter’s phone. Everything is explained really well on how to save the website as an “app”. I love that mine and my husband’s mobile numbers are saved so our daughter can call our number any time of day, regardless of whether she has no minutes or texts left. I love the added peace of mind that we can record texts and phone calls if we want to (if we have any concerns). The website itself is very easy to use and simple. I would highly recommend this for parents & guardians.”

“Reassuring that I can check messages and calls and set limits. Was also helpful to get automatic feedback to change settings, when the dial code for country of origin wasn't set correctly. Still exploring things, as I've only just obtained the sim for my daughter.”
