“We inadvertently left a few items at our hotel (The Green Hotel - Awesome Hotel!!!) in Dublin, which was the first of various hotel stops during our stay in Ireland. We arranged with ParcelDirect.ie to pick up the items from our hotel in Dublin and deliver these items to our next hotel. All was handled perfectly and the package was awaiting us when we arrived at our destination hotel. Fantastic result!”

“You always leave a bad review when things go wrong but very rarely a good one when it went ok, so I'm leaving a GREAT review. We called, great communication. Been told that if we put the order in today, we'd have it picked by tomorrow. So we went for the cheapest (GLS at this time) and they were indeed at the collection address by the next day. Took 1 week to bring to France and we were not in a rush, so all perfect! Everything was super well delivered by GLS, we couldn't be happier. I guess this is a tricky subject. When it goes well, it goes well. When it goes wrong, it's chaos (not picked up on time when you have a deadline, not delivered on time, damaged, etc). But it's the risk and sending stuff (for us it was 17 boxes!) will always be tricky. Up to you to measure the risk vs the price of sending it. If you want 0 risk, pay the huge price of a particular van. Otherwise, definitely go for ParcelDirect who will really find you the best prices!”

“I booked to send an item with this company and I must say the service was seamless from start to finish.
