“We use Parcel direct quite often and they are so reliable and efficient, customer service is great and we ship throughout Ireland and to the EU with them. It does not take long to book parcels with them and we recommend them to our customers at kocoono.com if they need to forward gifts on. Great company and we are very happy with them!”

“It's never okay to force a customer to wait around their home because you can schedule a pick to a specific time or at least hour. A customer should never lose an entire day because of a company's lack of management skills. I consider this a lesson learned.”
