“Just booked 4 cases from Ireland to Perth and had a few questions before booking, rang the office and was greeted with an extremely nice and helpful gentleman! Booking was easy and fast and the price point was excellent 👍 if the rest of the process is as easy it will be a 5star service. Thanks very much”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to admit I was positively impressed by this courier service. It’s affordable (I sent three big boxes). Collection was fast and delivery even faster. I got the delivery in 24 hours after collecting. By far the best experience I had with courier services.”

“I'm calling parcel direct in a daily basis for updates. First the package wasn't collected and not it's collected but the tracker is saying that it's cancelled. The person I'm sending it to, is now asking for a refund. Never using this service again”

“Found this company online as I needed to send a package to a family member in another European Country. Other prices I had found were a bit expensive, so I was delighted to have found this one. It was quite simple, package it, measure it, weight it, submit my details & details of the receiver and print the label. I was then able to drop it into at a drop off location that suited me.”

“YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND SO AVOID PARCEL DIRECT. USE PARCEL COMPARE INSTEAD. Customer support awful. Parcel consistently not arriving at destination. They will reply until refund is approved then they stop replying when you ask where the refund is.”

“Needed help with a package collection and contacted parcel direct.ie and guess what they answer the phone...and straight away..not 40 mins later being told your call is important to us blah blah blah. Really helpful guy on the phone explained everything and even hung on while I brought it all up on the computer, he also advised that a certain company would not only collect at the door but would also put a printed label on it for me, really saved me messing around with emailing labels to sender etc. Top notch service, will certainly be using again. 👍🏻”

“Hi booked a box to be collected on the 5th of August and it's still here never collected, when my husband got in touch with parcel direct they said it would be collected next day , we have stayed in waiting for it to be collected every day from the 6th of Aug till the 14th August, rebooted it again with parcel direct on the 21st again said it would be the next day , thus morning my husband asked for a refund and got an email stating we would get a refund and it would take 5 to 10 days ,not happy with that ,and not even an apology, we have used this company lots of times and never a problem, A lack of communication and not answering our calls ,very disappointed”

“Appalled by the awful services. I was charged twice by parcel direct for goods transfer from Ireland to UK. In their email for clarification they wrote that the onus is on the person sending goods to check for custom charges. I would advise not to use the services as you would be charged twice. If there was a zero star review option, I would have chosen it.”

“The website is smooth, everything is fast, you can compare different service. However, when asking for payment, the layout to put card details in put me off (even I heard about parceldirect before), look a bit not safe to me, have to use my virtual card details just to be safe. It would be great if you can improve layout of card payment screen to make it more professional or may be add paypal just to bring peace to customers' mind. Overall, still great choice.”

“At first it seems like a great system. However the confirmation email we’re not send to sender or recipient. No ability to track. Two emails sent and not replied to. Phone number on system was not answered and no voicemail. 3 different attempts. Would not use again”
