“Only recently heard of parcel direct. Saves time and I'm pretty sure money too. No need to search for the best options individually. I've used it twice now with gls and not had a problem.even gives an extra option for insurance to cover both parties”

This is the result of a logical and well-laid-out website, with all the necessary advice for each stage. I would not consider sending a parcel in the future without Parcel Direct.”

“Great service and value. It's great to be able to drop off a parcel 24/7 rather than wait for a depot's opening times. I took off one star as the packet was not stored in a secure box/room. Instead, it was left behind the counter on a shelf. My packet contained sensitive medical documents and I was not completely comfortable leaving it in such an open place.”
