“I dont often need to send parcels to Spain and as a result I didnt know how to go about it! I googled "easiest way to send a parcel to Spain" and Parcel Direct.ie came up. Within 5 minutes I had the job done with door to door service. I am so impressed. I work in a busy school and I am sure I will get a chance to recommend Parcel Direct.ie Very well done on such an excellect service.”

“The process was very easy (much easier than using the courier companies' own sites) and I was able to book a pickup in a few minutes. I think a bit more guidance for first time users about when to book a pickup, etc would be helpful, but overall a very good experience”

“Tried multiple times to send via DHL website but it wouldn't go through. No problems with parcel direct, worked first time. I also had a query and got speaking to a real person who was so helpful. I was posting to Australia and would highly recommend parcel direct.”

“The site was clear and easy to navigate. Price comaparisons were good, pick up time was efficient. That being said, delivery didn't arrive as listed on my chosen courier. It stated 3/4 days. My package was picked up Tuesday morning and didn't reach its destination until the following Monday. For this reason 3 stars is all I could rate it.”

“Booked on tue for next day delivery. Sat in from 9 til 5.30 and was here all evening after that lost a day's pay. Driver never arrived so I emailed. Told they be with me first thing Thursday morning 31st of October it's now 16:45 and still no sign. Highly disappointed”
