“I found myself with a heavy parcel and running out of time to get it to USA for Christmas, thankfully I found Parcel Direct! Downloaded the app, booked the pick up and saved over €35 compared to AnPost… it should be delivered in 4/6 working days! Brilliant customer service too when I needed a question answered.. will definitely be using them again 100%”

“It would be good to be able to select the locations where I can do a drop-off in the area. There is a store very close to us that use FedEx and DHL but it didn't come up on the system. had to drive a few Km to drop the package. The shopkeeper (Joe) wasn't able to scan the package, but he was very good he rang me to say he had spoken to your office and someone is collecting it.”

“I was very impressed as to how easy it was to send a parcel internationally (Germany). The tracking worked perfectly and my package was received within 4 working days despite the Christmas period. I would recommend Parcel direct/GLS wholeheartedly to anyone.”

“Such a convenient, easy service. I got such a good price for all my packages, I would not have hoped in a million years paying under 200euros for all this. Second, the booking process was so easy, in a few steps it was done and now I just have to sit back, relax and have the driver come and collect my boxes. Amazing service!”

“Great, but... there is a need for some accessibility improvements. As a hearing-impaired person (and to prevent such from happening to you working there) it is essential to ensure that there are no excessively loud ring tones in the office that can leak into calls from customers. Loud noises stress all people, so the same would be good for in the office too. The last matter is simply one of specificity. I am dyslexic so it is important to state things with specificity by email and to differentiate clearly between the needs of ParcelDirect and third parties providing goods for pickup. That said, great information by email and friendly staff, so all good.”

“Excellent. Very Competitive prices. They say you find out how good a company is when something goes wrong , I had a situation where the wrong address was entered. ParcelDirect.ie where very responsive and immediatley dealt with it. The package was delivered in just 4 days to Germany. I will definately be back again !”
