“when i sending parcel if they are not able to deliver to destination in 4 to 5 days . they promised me they will deliver . still my parcel not delivered. it is send on 19/12/22.”

“I sent a parcel to my daughter in Australia recently. A friend had told me about parceldirect.ie . I went online gave the details of my parcel and arranged to have my parcel collected at a drop off point. I could also have arranged for the parcel to be collected at my house, but I was out a lot so it was easier to bring to drop off point. My parcel was collected an€ a week later was delivered to my daughter in Australia. A great stress free service. I would highly recommend this service.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been trying to work with them to get our shipment for 6 personnel effects boxes to us here in the US, having just been informed that FedEx in fact tried to deliver them back to Ireland where we left end of November. I have tried multiple forms of communication with little support, all the documentation we provided for customers didn’t reach them. Now we are being told we need to pay for a new shipment. Totally unacceptable and has made a stressful move to the US all the more stressful. Have been trying to email / call / use the messaging service and no one is helping us, we are competent at our wits end on this and would never ever use this service again.”

“Absolutely 100% service, I have to admit as a new company I was worried about using ParcelIDirect. I can’t not believe what a great service I got. I was sending a painting to San Francisco from Ireland. I was able to track it from the time it was picked up and it arrived in 5 days. I would highly recommend using them, also the cost was a lot less than any other Company.”

“Was instructed to drop a parcel at a collection point but they refused to take it. Had to wait two days for the parcel to be collected. No sign of delivery to UK yet after 8 days. On post delivered the same in 5 days”

“People, please don't touch them. I entrusted a package containing the Title Deeds for a property addressed to our solicitor in the UK and chose an expensive 1-2 days service via UPS. The package is now lost and Parcel Direct have absolutely no interest in finding it. They say it could take up to 24 hours to get a response from UPS..??? You can do this yourself. Shambolic. Irreplaceable documents & a serious situation & they couldn't care less.”
