“well first of all i found it impossible to contact them i was calling for 2 days and still no answer, then i did get through and the guy on the phone said the manager was in the warehouse i asked would ask him to call me back and he said, yeahhhhh right and hung up, he did not call me back, never again”

“As a mam of a son living in OZ i have had to send many parcels over the last 3 and a half years. I found from first contact on the phone ( not many companys will talk to you on the phone) to collection the guys were brilliant. Thank you so much for a fantastic service. Most of all they were over €100 cheeper than their competitors. I am delighted five star company in every way.”

“Parcel Direct is a great, simple service. It allows you to compare delivery companies and chose my preferred one. I booked a parcel to be collected and it was delivered 2 days after the booking. It is very convenient as I didn't have to drop off the parcel to a post office. I will be using them again. Thank you”

“Fantastic service. Fast and extremely efficient. Gave me plenty of choices with the best prices and pick-up times with the estimated time of delivery to my chosen location. It also gave me the option of delivering the parcel to a drop-off point. I used UPS as my carrier, the parcel was picked up from home and is now on its way. Thank you, ParcelDirect.ie you saved me numerous calls to find a courier with the best price and service. Will recommend your services to friends and family. Big thumbs up!”

“All I can say they are incredible. Spent 3 days trying to organise shipping with different couriers with no success. Was told about Parcel Direct.ie, called them and explained simply what I had to do and where to get my export tarrif code. 15 minutes later I received my shipping labels by email. I will be using them from now on.”
