“Ok, So I'm what you would call the little man. Hardly any money living on a very tight budget. So having a Delivery Company be there, making sure I can sell stuff without that extra worry of knowing my parcels are going to the buyer safely. With Parcel Direct I can always rest easy with their service.”

“Having used Parcel Direct for quite some time now I can only give the highest recommendation for the efficient and friendly service that they provide. It's when something goes wrong that is when the service shows its true colours and while there are few issues, all it takes us a phone call and everything is sorted without delay. None of the issues have ever been the fault of Parcel Direct but they can be relied upon to put things right when they do occur. Highest recommendation from me.”

“I am quite impressed with the service provided by ParcelDirect. So far everything is great and every single parcel has been collected and delivered on time and in great condition. I am only using them for shipments to the USA but will consider UK orders as well. To be honest, I waited two months to write this review and was almost sure they will mess up my next delivery, but to my surprise, every single shipment works just great! I will continue using them, very convenient with the parcel drop-offs, and their FedEx prices to USA are hard to beat. So far so good ParcelDirect...fingers are crossed you keep it up that way! Thank you.”

“Booked DHL via parcel direct and all very efficient, had to call DHL to chase something up and they needed something called the PRG number, this wasn't on any of the info from parcel direct so i had to then call them, much to their credit they answered quickly without an impenetrable machine to get past first. The operative gave me the PRG immediately and was very helpful, i suggested adding the PRG on the invoice but he said 'ive never been asked for it in 5 years' well times are clearly changing! If the PRG was on the invoice it would have saved the extra calls. other than that things were good, however, having said that my parcel hasnt arrived at the destination yet so i'll reserve judgement for now”

“Absolutely fabulous service from ParcelDirect this week. My very large 27kg parcel was picked up from my home in Dublin at midday on 8th November and was delivered in the UK at just before 9am on 9th November - so just 21 hours later. I was completely amazed at the speed of the whole operation. It was really superb service. I got an email informing me of the delivery, with an option to download a receipt with details of the recipient. I would have no hesitation in recommending ParcelDirect to anyone who wants to speedily ship their items. The cost was surprisingly low and the item arrived in top class condition. It’s definitely a very trustworthy service. Many thanks to this brilliant new company. I will definitely come back again.”
