“nEVER USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE BUT WELL WORTH IT. I SENT A PARCEL TO ITALY AND THE COST COMPARISON WAS THE SAME AS AN POST BUT AN POST WOULD ONLY GIVE A COVER OF €150 INSURANCE AGAINST LOOSS. WILL USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN”

“Sent my expensive racing bike in August 2021 (nsured it of course) and till this day received no compensation for the damage of the carbon frame - which is very expensive to fix. When contacted, told me it is too late to open the claim. Complete lack of communication with the customer. Avoid if you're sending something valuable. What's the point of insurance if I cannot claim it. Also, box had 100s of FRAGILE written on it. If it is fragile, it means it should be handled carefully. It was not.”

“This crowds is thief keep sending the pass customer accused them wrong declare demention when booking the shipment .send ubexrra charge bill afterv2 or three weeks time included me 2time accused me declare wrong demention send the proof to them they never response back they just took out u money from u card without u approval be aware to used parcel direct”
