“I was very happy with service and management of the reservation online. It was very quick and efficient, however one of my boxes never arrived to destination. I tried to reach out to the courier and the CS of the company, but nobody was able to help me so far: GLS is redirecting me to parceldirect and pd is redirecting me to GLS. So far, no news regarding my box. I have to say that 4 out of 5 boxes were perfectly delivered though and I'd give a 5 stars for them and the service, however one of the boxes is now missing with no information about that. If there is a delay, this would be perfectly understandable and it wouldn't be upsetting, but not being able to get in touch nor get any information and be redirected to one phone number/department to another is very frustrating. So far, I don't know where my last box is.”

“What an excellent service Parcel Direct. It was my first time to use your service. I was 100% happy and will definitely be using it in the near future as I have more parcels to ship internationally. I recieved my parcel quicker than I had anticipated and intact when it arrived. It arrived the day after I arrived. Well done and thank you to all staff involved.”

“Store location needs to be updated on the website as I went to one that was listed but no longer doing collections (Centra Togher). Customer service was excellent and the driver came to pick up at my house at no charge. Friendly and efficient. Thanks”

“The driver gave me a call beforehand to make sure I was home and made sure he would be here before I had to leave to pick up my kids. He came and picked it up and was nice and pleasant. Great service”
