“Great service, user friendly. My only feedback would be for all delivery companies to become paper/ printer free. The most hassle sending anything back in a WFH world is finding a printer. Sticker labels at. Drop off points would be amazing.”

“I contacted ParcelDirect.ie. for the first time and found them very helpful in the following areas: 1. Prompt, came to pick up the parcel at the time I expected. 2. I was able to navigate their website easily and find out the cost which was very reasonable and tracking. 3. The driver of their van was extremely helpful as I had a very unusual shape to the parcel. He guided me insofar as the parcel was not really wrapped right and I asked if would he come back the next day and he did, giving me time and advice on the wrapping.”
