“Dealing with Parcel direct is seamless , easy, efficient, and cost-effective. The collection facility whereby the goods for transit are picked up from your door is fantastic and from experience delivery is on time. I would certainly recommend the company.”

“My urgent document was supposed to be collected the 24 January. I was assured 2 to 3 days delivery. 6 days later it still wasn't collected for the collection point. I'm still waiting for my refund almost weeks later....I would never recommend anything use thus service...M Murphy”

“Parcel direct were supposed to collect my parcel 8th of Feb containing my mobile phone left in a hotel in Dublin 1 and drop it to ups depot for delivery to Galway, the parcel with phone was just picked up this evening, I couldn't phone parcel direct as they do not answer either their 0818# or the 021#, I was informed by the hotel that my phone had been collected. Hopefully will have it by close of business tomorrow 9th, terrible and stressful experience, would NOT recommend”
