“Had a massive headache trying to find a way to ship to Canada. This was a lifesaver because they have drop-off location near me and was even a bit cheaper than the major courier services available here. “Driver didn’t show up on collection day(Friday). After email to support (Monday morning) I received answer that driver will collect my parcel ASAP…. Monday evening I send one more email, I ask for order cancellation because driver again didn’t show up… and refund. They answered straight away that they sorry and refund should be with me in 5-10 days. After 20 days I’m still waiting and they stopped answering emails….”
