“I have used parcel direct services personally and with work. It's an excellent service. You can drop off at their many drop-off locations or they can collect (which is the service I mostly use). It is ideal for heavy or long items, that are a bit awkward to take to the post office. The service is very affordable and sometimes cheaper than An Post. I highly recommend Parcel Direct.”

“Customer service was excellent. I wasn’t familiar sending parcels this way and both times I rang the contact number the phone was answered immediately and by a real person who dealt with my query efficiently. Would use then again.”

“This is my 2nd time using parceldirect.ie. First time was to UK, this time to Dublin. The service is fantastic. Easy to use, a choice of couriers, tracking references, reasonable prices, very convenient as you can drop somewhere or have it collected from your home. I will definitely use them again.”
