“Paid 88.45 for International Express service to receive my package within 24-48 hours. 48 hours have passed and looking at tracking the package still hasn't left the senders country”

“Absolutely appalling service. Sent a small return to Amazon 6 weeks ago and it's still in Shannon. Parcels Direct have not answered my numerous phone calls and emails. Would not recommend them. EVER”
