“Simplicity. The word could have been created for Parcel Direct. You just have to try them you will be astounded. I needed a car parcel shelf (awkward shape to say the least) to be collected from Wexford and delivered to my home in Cavan I came across Parcel Direct through a search on the web. They made it so easy, with no tricky questions, no "small print" completely straightforward. Got the details of size and weight from my sender, entered them into Parcel Direct and was given some options to choose from. As you would guess I chose the lowest cost (I was in no hurry). The driver who collected my parcel even brought with him an address label for it. Collected Friday Delivered Monday (Driver even rang ahead to make sure I was in) What more could anyone ask for? Simplicity and Exemplary are two words that go hand in hand with Parcel Direct's motto DELIVERY MADE EASY. parceldirect.ie”

“first time using ParcelDirect, great price and fast shipment organisation - their customer services were very responsive when my chosen courrier did not deliver on time (they were asking for a access code as they saw a barrier on google map!!!) what google map did not show was the security man there 24x 7”

“If the service works fine it's just because the couriers are doing their jobs, but if there's an issue with a delivery where Parceldirect support should help, they vanish. Absolutely no support at all, awful experience. Never again.”

“Hi! Sharing my pain. In early February, I sent a parcel from Ireland to Canada with my personal belongings: clothes, a couple of toys, textbooks. The weight of the box was about 30 kg. I ordered a courier Fx economy. The package was supposed to arrive on 13.02 in Alberta. Until 5.02, it was tracked to Memphis. As a result, it was lost. This is despite the fact that information about the recipient was duplicated on the box by Black marker, and the box was patterned and average in gobarites. I'm crying. Considering that this is virtually all I have after the war in Ukraine, and most of these things are memorable for me. From the good I can only note that the support service works smoothly and quickly. But the courier is not trained to transport the box from city A to city B. The time for consideration of the complaint is 3 months. Thanks for the service.”
