“Great service , my parcel was collected early on the Day advised collection would be done by a lovely cheery mannerly driver , the website was very easy to use to make the booking , so far so good , I'll be extra impressed if my parcel reaches Canada quickly , so far excellent”

“Excellent service and prices! The collection was done one day after the requested date but there was a notice warning of possible delays regarding the shipping company I chose, so no complaints at all. The parcel was delivered to France in less than a week. The customer service was very supportive. I would undoubtedly recommend Parcel direct to anyone :)”

“I had an urgent package to be delivered last minute and I cannot tell you how stressful this was. All was made easy by parcel direct as the item was delivered by the next working day and with a time slot so We knew exactly when to be on the look out! Parcel direct was my saving grace. Thank you!”

“Seriously. It’s ridiculous how easy it was to send a parcel. Went onto the website, entered the L, W & H dimensions of the box. Entered the weight and destination. That’s it. I was given a choice of companies to choose from. They offered different delivery times and costs. Chose the o e I wanted, paid and printed my own label. Didn’t even have to drop the parcel anywhere. It was picked up from my home. To cap it off I got an email confirming delivery the following day.”

“This is my second time using parcel direct both parcels to holland in the last month and the only thing I can say is for value and delivery i could not ask for better 100% I will be using parcel direct for all my parcel delivery's And I will be telling all my friends about parcel direct and the great service that they provide. “Aviod this company at any costs. My goods got damaged on the way by courier. They confirmed I'm eligible for a compensation but then stopped replying to my emails after I provided my bank details to get the payment. I paid for the enhanced insurance to cover my goods but they did not report the value to UPS (this is confirmed by UPS) so my parcel was not conevered for full value. THEY ARE A SCAM. I'm going legal.”

“A thousand thanks to Michael and the team - the parcel arrived in Whistler, Canada [from Dublin] several days earlier than anticipated! Both the recipient and I were surprised and delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service, exceeding all expectations. “ParcelDirect picked up on schedule on Tuesday morning (from where I live in the Irish countryside) and delivered (to Budapest in Hungary) just over 48 hours later. Amazing service, and at a very good price. After years of dealing directly with the big couriers, I arrange all my deliveries through ParcelDirect these days. HIGHLY recommended.”
