“Effective and fairly priced service. The drop-off facility/collection is a Plus !! The 20 Eur Insurance fee, creates unnecessary doubt about a good service. I will still use the service again for Ireland, have yet to try the International side of things..”

“Used ParcelDirect to send a parcel to my son in Vancouver. From drop off to delivery it went without a hitch and was delivered in less than a week. Excellent service and will definitely be using you again.”

“Would not recommend this company they could not deliver my parcel and then told me it would cost more to deliver back to me and if I didn't pay they would dispose of my parcel. Would not recommend”

“I was happy with the service. The only concern I had was when I dropped the parcels off at the drop off point I was told “sometimes the drivers won’t take them away, we just have to wait and see” Obviously this was a little worrying but my packages were collected”

“I found this company quite by chance and I am so glad I did! They are very fast, reliable courteous and helpful! I was even able to speak to an agent on the phone immediately! All this and the cost very reasonable! Definitely recommend them and use again.”

“I appreciate the personal assistance of Michael over the phone when I had difficulty completing the form on line.He answered any questions I had. Was having auto fill issues with my computer settings. Next day pick up before noon and 4-6 day delivery to USA. This is my second time using ParcelDirect and I will chose them as firest choice rather than going to PO. Thank you.”

“Service is absolutely disastrous. Avoid this company. I have lost almost 60kgs of my parcel. I was told I will be given refund as I paid for it. It’s been more than 8 months with no refund and the last update to me was that the refund was finalized. They stopped responding to my emails and calls as I am no longer in Ireland.”

“Absolutely do not recommend this company!! AVOID. After numerous emails and promises my packages wasn't even collected never mind delivered. Promises every day that would be sorted. Almost 2 weeks later and my box is still waiting for collection. DO NOT USE!!!”

“See my emails which you have not responded to. It appears that your company never handed over my package to the courier company concerned. I am now at the loss of my package, too late to get a refund from that company and also the loss of the charge your company made for a parcel which was never delivered.”

“Very happy with the results. Wanted to return a small item to Amazon . Post office won’t take it if it has a battery so was stuck. Straightforward process with parcel direct. Price was best around.”

“Pathetic service. My Parcel is still stuck in customs and I now have to deal with them directly to get my parcel released. Specific customs requirements were never stipulated as part of the booking process. Huge gap in process!!”
