“Didn't do same day delivery- would have thought a courier would have but estimated delivery was for the next day so I would probably just use registered post next time. Otherwise, it was fine.”

“I had a great experience using parcel direct. I find a lot of parcel company websites very confusing and hard to navigate but the Parcel direct site is so easy to use and it takes the stress out of managing your parcel deliveries.”

“Delivered right on time. Updates on site visible. Price was only 52.00 and other quotes we got were over 400 minimum (international shipping). Will definitely use again. Thank you.”

“Despite paying for express delivery, which cost approximately €100.00 for one document, I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected from the collection location. The parcel was supposed to be collected on the 10th of February and it is now the 14th of February. I have now organised for an alternative company to collect my parcel as I cannot risk it being delivered by this company. Very poor service.”

“Effective and fairly priced service. The drop-off facility/collection is a Plus !! The 20 Eur Insurance fee, creates unnecessary doubt about a good service. I will still use the service again for Ireland, have yet to try the International side of things..”

“I was happy with the service. The only concern I had was when I dropped the parcels off at the drop off point I was told “sometimes the drivers won’t take them away, we just have to wait and see” Obviously this was a little worrying but my packages were collected”

“I found this company quite by chance and I am so glad I did! They are very fast, reliable courteous and helpful! I was even able to speak to an agent on the phone immediately! All this and the cost very reasonable! Definitely recommend them and use again.”
