“Excellent service. Had to pre-order one plant with a few weeks wait but was kept informed throughout the process. Delivery prompt once dispatched and plants arrived in excellent condition. A good reliable company and will use again.”

“Excellent service when I made an error in my gift order. Plants are fantastic quality - unfortunately there was no notification of the delivery timing so my mother had to wait all day. But was pleased when the plants arrived!”

“Paramount have a good range of attractive plants. My camellia arrived well packaged and in good order. There was an issue with delivery in that in that it took several weeks to arrive. Paramount communicated reasonably, blaming delays caused by Brexit and Covid. I hadn't realised that the plant was grown in the EU.”

“Many thanks for the mature trees. They are just what we needed to block overlooking of our garden from a new-build. The whole process of ordering and delivery was very efficient. We were kept informed at every stage. The day of delivery was well managed with a call from the driver 2 hours before arrival. We would particularly like to thank the driver who had the difficult task of unloading the large trees. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with as well as efficient.”
