“Lovely bushy specimen but sadly three branches had been snapped in transit. It’s a lax shrub but enough care wasn’t taken in packing/ transit.”

“The Box balls I ordered were about half the price of the ones I had seen no I wasn't too sure what to expect. I needn't have worried as they are perfect! In a year of box blight they look really healthy.”

“So happy with the trees, it's really good that they show you the true picture of each tree when you select the height. This function on their website allowed me to choose the right trees for us.”

“My order arrived damaged, one shrub broken and box damaged but this was due to delivery company. The damaged plant was not the one ordered and after emailing customer services it was promptly exchanged for the correct plant. Both shrubs are the quality and size I expected, overall happy with service.”

“Tree arrived on time. Driver very helpful and carried it down the garden. There were a couple of holey leaves and although still there, it has grown. I would have liked more information about watering. Please see photo day of delivery and today.”

“Great service, when we went to their garden centre they were very helpful. We bought a couple of plants on line from photos and when they arrived they were in excellent condition. We were given a delivery time and day and they were exactly on time as they had said. Thank you all for you advice all the team at Paramount.”

“The plants I received were actually a bigger sample than what I'd ordered and I was pleased to get them for a lower price. They looked very healthy and the delivery man was really helpful. Very good experience and happy to recommend for excellent quality!”

“Our neighbours chopped all their trees down (Philistines) leaving us totally overlooked in one corner so we needed a fast growing tree to replace lost privacy. This little Eucalyptus has proved to be the prefect answer and Karen from Paramount Plants was extremely helpful with her expert advice. Highly recommend this wonderful business.”
