“Really fantastic service received from Paramount Plants. I wanted some advice on two trees to purchase and Aiden in the office was extremely helpful. Once the order was placed the stock team sent photos of the chosen trees so that I was happy with the ones selected. Unfortunately one of the trees needed to be returned (my issue not theirs) and they collected and processed the refund very quickly”

“Please call your customers by their surnames- I am Mrs Brown and I don't encourage anyuone to use my christian name until I have at least met them. However the shrubs are both very healthy and just what I hoped for.”

“I have found all the staff at Paramount Plants extremely helpful and I asked many questions about the trees before I finally placed my order. I wanted my trees delivered in February which they were. My trees have now arrived and do look good and exactly the right height which was my main worry. So thank you Paramount. Hopefully they will stay healthy and flourish over the coming years.”

“I purchased three root balled Western Cedars and a pleached bay tree from Paramount Plants but was dismayed at how big the bay tree was when it arrived and had a total panic. It was a fabulous specimen, but HUGE (my error entirely) and I didn't think I'd be able to get it through to my back garden. I immediately emailed Paramount to see what my options were in terms of returning the tree and they couldn't have been more helpful (thank you, Charlie B!). In the end, I kept all four trees and couldn't be happier. I only hope they survive this freezing weather!”

“Trees delivered very rapidly. Extremely well packaged. Delivery driver a true gentleman, very helpful. Trees are in superb condition, equal or better than described. Just waiting for weather improvement to get them planted. Can only imagine that they will only grow into beautiful specimens. Only downside is I need another one. My mistake but I need four trees not three so I am a bit annoyed with myself. In summary will always go to Paramount as first stop when seeking further plants and trees.”

“Plants look loverly and strong but ever since they arrived it’s not been above freezing , so haven’t put them yet will do once it warms up ! Was told a delivery date and turned up on that day !”
