“I have bought several trees and large shrubs from Paramount Plants over the past few years and have always been impressed with the quality and size of the plants and also the excellent customer service and delivery. I have recently bought three Ligustrum Japonicum Pleached trees to act as a screen and on this occasion was so amazed at how large they were and what fantastic solid bamboo trellises they were growing on, that I needed to write to give an excellent review. The trees act as a fantastic screen above the fence line and also look great. Thank you also to the Paramount Plants team for working so hard during lockdown. You are doing a fantastic job!”

“Plant (a pawpaw tree) arrived promptly and in good shape. Queries about what cultivar was received (two are needed for pollination, according to label) were promptly, courteously, but uselessly responded to. After some research on their part, the answer seemed to be “no clue, sorry”. Seems, in the UK, obtaining the needed cultivars for fruiting is challenging. I’d advise this to be clear on adverts.”

“Laurel hedge delivered much quicker than expected and the plants were all as stated, or bigger. A rather pleasing outcome after travelling around 6 garden centres for tiny and expensive laurel. Thank you Paramount.”

“Very good plants which arrived fresh and in excellent condition. When I phoned for advice on root rot and how to prevent it which I couldn’t find the answer to on the website, an automated message told me to email. The reply to my email told me that all info on planting was available on the website which this particular problem wasn’t. This must have been a generic reply as it didn’t answer my question. It would have been nice to have been given advice from someone, which I eventually got from a local garden centre.”
