“Never bought plants online before and did not know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased with both the quality of the plant and the packing method which had resulted in zero damage considering the plants large size. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Customer service was very good.”

“in need of an apple tree so went on line and also spoke to someone on the phone in regards to my needs. I got the tree I wanted ordered it and it came within the time they said (7-10 working days) the tree looks great and the gardener who planted it even complemented it. highly reccomend”

“Excellent communication following our order. The delivery was perfect. The videos they sent for guidance on planting of the trees were also really helpful. Our trees are currently dormant so its difficult to tell exactly how they will look (hence the 4 stars rather than 5) but so far, so good! We would definitely order from Paramount Plants again.”

“Excellent service (thank you, Aidan, for the simple and useful tips on planting and further care). Healthy trees (dwarf pine and conifers) arrived in August and are still feeling happy on our patio. Look forward to buying again next season!”

“after we planted a pine we realised that it is not straight..the branches being cut to make it look nice ans straight overall...but the actual main stem is very crooked..so it is cheating..unhappy”
