“Ordered 2 plants took longer then expected for delivery but im ok with that. But one plant was in a box way too big for it which meant it bounced around on delivery and turned up looking like it had been thrown around. Slight damage but im hoping it will recover. 2nd plant fine.”

“Our trees arrived on the day as promised and were unloaded and placed exactly where we wanted them. The trees were potted and very well established. They are healthy and now planted. They are of very good quality and precisely what we wanted. I would have no hesitation in buying from Paramount Plants again ; delivery was a while for our trees, as we expected, but throughout the waiting period we were regularly up-dated on our order.”

“The tree is lovely, although our gardener who received the delivery was concerned because the plant pot soil/compost was extremely dry. However, after a couple of good waterings and very careful planting the tree looks fine to me. What is most impressive is the level of customer service. I was kept fully informed from order placement to delivery with regular updates, which I really appreciated as this was my first order with Paramount, which is why I have awarded 5 stars. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“We bought six mature pyracantha, and they arrived in excellent condition, all of at least the specified height and some taller. They have been in the garden a week now and are establishing well. We were kept well informed of progress throughout and the delivery was within the stated timeframe. Excellent service from Paramount.”
