“I am very pleased with the 2 olive trees, they look very healthy. I also want to say how well they were secured in transit. Even the delivery driver commented how well they had been kept and secured in.”

“Exceptionally good communication from the team from ordering through to delivery (and aftercare). Really clear management of my expectations - couldn't ask for better customer service. The plant was a picture of health on arrival. It's a relatively mature Hydrangea, and I can see it has been well cared for in the Nursery! I'll send a photo next year when it is well established in my garden. Will definitely order again from Paramount Plants.”

“The most reliable destination for high quality architectural plants. We’ve spent thousands here over the years because the range is comprehensive while service is excellent. Them a couple of times where plants were delivered to us had suffered during transit, they replaced them free of charge without quibble.”

“I have received my plant broken. It seemed someone dropped the box of it on its head. Most of the leaves were broken. I am waiting for a replacement plant, hope it will arrive in good condition.”
