“I thoroughly recommend Paramount Plants. Their selection of plants coupled with customer service was phenomenal. I placed an order for climbing hydrangeas at the end of January with a request to deliver from end of February. It is as if the delivery team was monitoring my local weather as they delivered them in the morning on the perfect day for planting followed by a day of rain, perfect! Oh and yes the plants were well packaged and were not damaged as a result of the delivery journey, I am located in Wales so they travelled a bit. Anyways, I have already placed another order with Paramount and recommended to friends local to London and UK wide to check them out. Thanks again for the service!”

“I have ordered 10 of the hedges plant to serve as a backdrop and a natural fence from the fence. The plants arrived in perfect condition. I have planted them and hopefully it will grows naturally. After the first order, I have ordered another 5 of the same plant for completion. I’m excited.”

“We order 7 x Nellie Stevens Holly hedging to form an above wall screen. We were quite concerned about ordering on the internet as I wanted to be able to view the tree and choose which ones we wanted based on size, quality etc. we were spending a lot of money at the end of the day; £1400! I contacted the sales team a number of times to discuss the tree, quality, measurements, sizing section. They were always really helpful, happy to answer all queries we had. The Trees arrived when requested, they were generally in really good condition; one old snapped branch only which I guess isn’t bad out of 7 tree’s, delivery chap was very helpful and skilled at getting the crate on the drive, overall the service was great, really can’t fault other than the £95 delivery charge which I did think was a bit steep considering how much money we were spending. Overall, I would recommend this company.”

“The ordering was easy, they noted my request for a delayed delivery, the plants came when they said they would, they were packaged very well and are quality specimens. I am most pleased. I have personally backlisted some companies due to really poor specimens, the wrong pants arriving, the website not showing honest descriptions etc etc. These guys, on the other hand, have excelled.”

“Lovely quality plants, good communication for delivery etc. Takes 2 or so weeks for each delivery but these are tough times and we have all learned to be realistic in our expectations.”

“Product 90 litre potted tree. Lovely tree as described. No warning of delivery date. Lucky we was at home. Tree dumped on the outskirts of my property. I emailed day after I placed order to ask if I was able to add to my delivery as paid £60 delivery fee and hought I would benefit by adding additional plants, I didn't get a response. I felt like my business was not important.”

“Plants arrived in a large crate laid on top of one another. Some were slightly flattened but they are grasses and now that they are planted have really perked up. I also ordered some larger specimen plants which are great quality and size for the price. Would definitely order from Paramount Plants again.”

“I ordered 5 pleached Quercia ilex trees from paramount and they were delivered a couple of weeks later. My only slight criticism would be that they are different levels of “ bushiness” but I guess that’s to be expected. They all look healthy and are doing well so far. Very happy with the trees and the service .”

“Great service. After ordering my tree, I asked Paramount Plants if they could select a particular style for me. They went out of their way to photograph several options and send them to me so I could choose exactly the tree that I wanted, which has turned about to be fantastic. Noticeably cheaper than other equivalent sized trees online, too.”

“We took a chance having not bought from here before and brought an established acer palmatum for quite a lot of money. Really good communication from company about delivery details. Useful email tips on planting and aftercare. Arrived when expected. Well wrapped, great specimen in good shape, just a bit dry from the journey. Would definitely recommend.”

“I've ordered probably over 20 large shrubs and trees in recent years and more to come. Communication is excellent, delivery timescales are only a couple of weeks and the plants have been great. There has been a challenge recently getting a couple of trees imported but I was kept up to date with information on the situation.”
