“Absolutely delighted with the standard Red Robin plants I ordered. Excellent service from ordering through to delivery and although I was a little apprehensive that the plants would really be as bushy and tall as described on the website they were and now provide a fabulous screening hedge in our garden. I will certainly use them again if I need any other mature tree/shrub thank you”

“Plant was larger than I expected and I was impressed with the packaging but sadly it does not look a very healthy specimen. It looked very dry, almost all the leaves had either fallen off or were badly discoloured. I have allowed that this could be because of the time of year (February) I followed recommended procedure for planting and I am hoping my plant will recover in due time. So far it looks a sorry specimen.”

“The service was OK but there are a couple of things that annoyed me; firstly it is really difficult to get through on the phone so something that a quick conversation would sort out is much harder to decide or resolve than it could be. Secondly the plants delivered were generally fine but a couple were substandard; the magnolia you replaced. Five of the six pleached Holm Oak were fine but the sixth was very lopsided. I decided not to request a replacement basically because of the hassle factor.”

“Was looking for a particular plant , and came across paramount plants who had good selection in stock at good prices Plant arrived very well packaged, and looks healthy, deciduous ceanothus, so only had a few leaves, was kept updated throughout the process, very happy with service and size quality of the plant . Loved the fact the website gives so much detail on the plants they sell. Would use again .”

“We received our lovely specimen of pinus mugo mops tree on time and was well packed and was pleased to find it in perfect condition when we unpacked it. We have now planted it in our Japanese themed bed and cannot wait for spring to see it blend with its new neighbours.”
