“The information I received was informative and the delivery arrived on time with a very helpful driver. However, the magnolia does seem a bit stressed. I've had the tree for nine days and it went into the ground the day after it arrived, with blood fish and bone in the base of the hole as you recommended. There were some yellow leaves and some that were already dead. Some seemed to have holes in them too. I contacted you about it and have been advised to keep it watered - it did seem a bit dry when it arrived. The tree is just what I wanted, blocking the view of new houses built at the bottom of my garden, so I hope it revives.”

“Brought a Cloud Tree for my husbands 60th. He is over the moon with it. The plant is perfect. I brought it on sale and they kept it for me for two months so it was a surprise, so amazing customer service as well”

“Ordered 56 3.5m root ball Leylandi, order process and communication absolutely fantastic. Delivery was easy and the driver was super helpful as it was a difficult, very heavy load. Trees are excellent quality and already look established and will quickly screen the large farm buildings next door”

“Two mature trees ordered mid-April 2021. Found the website easy to use and helpful in making a decision on our purchase. Kept informed of order progress and what to anticipate on delivery. This happened on 7 May and the delivery driver was both pleasant and courteous. Equally, he was patient in allowing us to discuss the fact that one of the items ordered, a 40litre pot tree was in fact delivered as a smaller root ball tree. Having prepared the site for planting, we decided to accept the smaller tree. In doing so, we then contacted Paramount Plants to express our unease about what had happened. This was soon allayed by the swift and efficient action of Paramount Plants in offering a refund for the difference in cost; an entirely acceptable arrangement from our point of view and this smaller tree will just have to catch up with the other one, which arrived entirely as we’d anticipated! Throughout this whole process, we have found the company to be responsive to its customers and would have no hesitation in ordering again and would certainly recommend to others.”

“I pre-ordered a large tree fern in early april which has now arrived and am very pleased. The tree arrived in good condition and was larger than I was anticipating. The croziers are beginning to move and I'm looking forward to seeing the fronds in all their glory. Well done.”
