“I ordered a Chinese black pearl shrub from Paramount for my mum's Christmas present. I was having difficulty finding a nice sized one but Paramount came to my rescue. True size to what I ordered and beautiful condition on arrival. If I have any future specific orders, I will definitely go straight to Paramount as opposed to traipsing around garden centres getting disgruntled because I can't find what I want! Well done Paramount.”

“The bush arrived well packaged , so I was in anticipation of a gloriously looking Wintersweet when I opened it up. However, the plant looked very lame, and neglected . Subsequently a couple branches have snapped off too. I’ve been left with a very sad and dejected plant. I’ve pruned it to even up the shape so goodness knows if it will even survive. The one star is for the packaging , not the plant.”

“The tree arrived with good height and maturity, multi-stemmed and a good shape. The root ball filled the pot but wasn't pot bound. I paid extra to receive a mature specimen as in this instance I wanted instant impact next growing season. It was well worth the extra cost”

“There was an issue with one of the 6 shrubs I ordered. Its shape was unattractive and not what was shown in the photo. The cornus was growing at a 45 degree angle instead of straight. I feel this should have been spotted at the depot before delivery and a straight substitute delivered instead. Paramount has agreed to replace it with a straight one but there will be a delay before it is delivered. Other aspects of my experience were good.”

“Ordered 3 trees (3 -4m) - all arrived in excellent condition, one bare rooted and 2 with root balls. Very pleased with them. All planted and cant wait to see them come into leaf in the Spring!”

“Trees are good but delivery awful. The driver turned up nearly an hour earlier than the 4 hour window I was given and dumped all the trees outside my gate, completely blocking it and leaving me unable to open it or even get my car out. I had to climb out and the trees were far too heavy for me to move at all.”

“We have been using Paramount for about 4 years now, for a variety of plants and trees - everything up to (and probably a little beyond!) what two people can handle in size on their own, so trees 4m-5m in height and all manner of other stuff. We are careful in the planting process, but so far (touch wood) we've not lost a single plant, tree or shrub; everything has been as described, everything has been delivered in line with (or better than) expectations. We already regularly recommend Paramount Plants to others and will gladly do so to you - order online with confidence.”
