“From start, to delivery to finish Paramount provided Perfect Customer Service which is SO rare nowadays. They also provided me with the most Wonderful Specimen of an Azalea Bush that I had long been looking for . “Unfortunately, 10 out of 60 Thuya Occidentalis Brabant rootball trees 1.75m that were purchased/planted last autumn/winter did not take and had to be replaced with a new order in May/June of 10 trees, which, judging by their better-looking condition, should take and grow along with the others.”

“Very disappointed with the way the item was packaged considering that I had to pay 10 pounds to have it delivered I would have expected a decent pot ,not an old tatty. second hand broken pot & a bin bag in a cheep cardboard box. Plus no instruction as to how to plant and care for the plant.this was not how I expected this plant to arrive & it is the first time I have received a shrub or any plants from any company I have ever used before. I am not too happy”

“This tree is stunning its big leaves shinning in the sun light there shade of green in sun light is stunning, I bought 2, I would highley recommend, it was delivered safely and a very healthy tree that has grow more leaves in the last 2 weeks and stand so proud in my garden, my home is a new build I'm still in the creating of the garden, hope you like the picture.”

“Ordered 2 mature pots, not as described. I thought there would be one plant per pot but instead 3 plants grown around a wire basket. As I needed to plant them into a trellis planter it took me 5 hours to dismantle one of the pots from the wire basket frame. Plants also not in great condition, only one of the pots had flowers, yellow leaves, distressed plants. I paid extra for a tall mature plants, however the height was forced to grow back down the length of the baskets which meant I lost a lot of the height whilst untangling from the heavy wire. Not what I expected for the money. I have yet to pot on the other, not looking forward to spending another 5 hours and having to wrestle cutting through wire basket. Disappointed.”
