“Hello Karen, I've bought at least 5 mature tree ferns, 2 mature red robin trees and a mature pomegranate tree from yourselves, over the years. Each of the specimens received in very good condition, clearly cared for. Reasonable price. I was regularly updated when there were delays in shipping as all came from overseas, and the delays were for reasons beyond your control. I find the recorded message on the customer service mobile phone number not to leave a message refreshingly honest - the emails are replied. I apologise to have asked so many questions (which were all answered except how old my pomegranate tree is and when to expect fruit) but I am genuinely fascinated and enjoy these plants. BTW I think his name was Abdul the delivery driver who left the tree ferns, deserves a pay rise. He didn't have to but gladly helped me and my 9 year old daughter move the tree ferns. With people like this and plants as yours you can only succeed! Though Sven who delivered the r robins was a hoot. We rigged a pulley & ropes through an Acacia tree with a passing plumber to hoist these over to plant behind a 15 foot Summer house. What a laugh.”

“Excellent service. The tree was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. It was well protected during transit and arrived in good condition. The delivery driver kindly brought it into the garden for us, which was very helpful. It is looking healthy and strong.”

“I placed two orders with Paramount Plants... first order arrived, one of the plants had snapped. Paramount promptly replaced the plant - no fuss - no issues. All the trees and shrubs are in very healthy condition and look amazing. Great service. To that end their delivery driver went over and above to ensure all plants were delivered on time and on the day promised despite the horrendous snow and ice... I would recommend them to my friends and family...”

“Bought an olive tree, a eucalyptus and a tree fern over the Christmas period. The quality of the plants was excellent, delivery on time, and the customer service very responsive and friendly. They have a large selection of plants and their website is very easy to navigate to find what you are looking for, with plenty of details to help make your choice. I strongly recommend Paramount Plants and will definitely buy more from them!”
