“Very good communication throughout. Delivery as promised and within the given time slot. Trees look healthy but still dormant at the moment. New buds on show. Bought to give extra height to fence thus giving more privacy. Looking forward to them coming into leaf.”

“I bought 8 Thuja Smaragd rootball trees which were needed in something of a hurry, they arranged a convenient time for them to be collected, good quality specimens as usual and answered my question about staking them when olanting very quickly. I have returned to Paramount many times because the quality of the plants have always been good. Thank you Joe for being so accommodating.”

“THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MAKE AN ORDER WITH PARAMOUNT PLANTS. I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES SO FAR. WHAT I LIKED MOST IS THEIR REASSURANCE THAT ANYTHING WRONG WOULD BE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE EXCELLENT WITH THE WAY THEY COMMUNICATED THE PURCHASE FROM THE BEGINNING. IT LOOKED LIKE THEY ARE IN CONTROL OF THE WHOLE PROCESS, AND I WAS INFORMED ALL THE ALONG ABOUT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THE PLANTS BLOSSOM SOON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.”

“Second order with Paramount, Camellia Mary Williams this time, and as happy as I was with my initial order. Definitely going to use them as my preferred online plant supplier. Great communication regarding the order and delivery, plants packaged well and no visible damage to product on delivery. My initial order (climbing hydrangeas - planted early March) are starting to come in bloom so I can confirm those are (still) healthy. Thank you again, Paramount.”
