“It took longer than the forecast delivery schedule to get our tree which would have been a problem had we been going away - hence 4 stars rather than 5 stars. However the tree itself is a fine specimen and the delivery driver Andy from Barnsley was an absolute star and a credit to the Company.”

“We could be more happier with our new tress. The staff at Paramount plants couldn’t be more helpful. We had lots of questions and they answered them quickly via email and on the phone. When going to to the store at crews Hill, Cuffley they was also so helpful, polite, knowledgeable about all the products they sold. Would highly recommend.”

“This was our 2nd order from Paramount Plants and we were very disappointed. The plants that arrive were tiny and looked I'll, the bay tree we paid 150 for was hardly in the shape of a lollipop more like a a thin oval. Delivery also took ages with little In the way of communication or updates. When you've spent alot of money with them you would ex0ect much better.”

“Good quality plants at a decent price (Yew hedging). Delivery options weren't quite as flexible as they claim on the website but easy to change the date to one that worked. Very friendly delivery driver”

“The laurel plants arrived looking healthy and strong. In large pots ,on a wooden pallet and protected with thin plastic wrapping all round. I have planted them all and am well pleased. They will soon form a lovely hedge and provide year round colour plus habitat for the birds.”

“We recently purchased three Japanese flowering cherry trees and earlier this year purchased to pleached cherry trees. The specimens arrived in very good health, mature and just as we had hoped. The delivery was prompt and seamlessly coordinated. We have been very impressed by Paramount Plants and will undoubtedly be using them in the future.”

“I'm delighted with the specimen Acer "Crimson Queen" I recently purchased from you. It arrived in good condition and well-protected. I should also add how helpful your staff were in answering my questions ahead of the decision to purchase and sending me photographs of the Acer prior to shipping it down to me in London. “We were absolutely delighted with the snowdrop plants we purchased. They arrived in excellent condition and were just coming into bud. Once planted they quickly established themselves and in due course came into full and beautiful bloom. They have remained strong and healthy plants but are now slowly dying back as to be expected to reappear, we are confident, as strongly next early Spring. We may well place a similar order next year! If the plants we received are typical of the quality one can expect from Paramount (and from previous experience we believe they are) then we can’t but recommend this supplier more highly.”

“Really happy with the service and genuinely happy with the quality of the pleached laurels we ordered. There was a helpful video on hot to plant the trees on their website and they seem to be doing great after following the instructions even with our heavy clay soil. We also ordered a 4m tree which we realsined was way too big for our garden and they processed our return without any hassle which I'm very grateful for. Thanks Paramount. We'll be buying the remainder of our screening trees from you guys.”

“Received some very nice potted plants after quite a long 4 week wait. 90% of the plants were in tip top condition and one was passable. Overall one of the best online plant retailers I've used and would recommend to others.”
