“I pain £95 pallet on top of the price of my tree , on asking if it could be sent any cheaper i got an email back with simply "No?" As a response, on delivery day a waited in all day and it didn't turn up, even after ringing the pallet company that said it was on its way, apparently My first order was sent to a pallet company that broke the top off my tree, unbeatable for a company that specialises in instant hedging and mature trees , communication from Paramount was appealing, I had no idea what was going on, I had to keep chasing it, it took about two months at least before I got the tree, this was a £415 order, when the tree came it was beautiful, but would I go through that stress again, definitely Not”

Good afternoon Ian, Thank you for sharing the image of the trees planted in situ. To promote growth during the growing season fertiliser feed wit either bone meal or fish blood and bone. “Plants arrived in a box pallet in good condition and were as described online. Laurels were full and I could have ordered one less! I have been ordering plants though Paramount for a number of years and the have delivered high quality plants each time.”

“Excellent throughout, from Pre-Order to Delivery. They even prepared a Pleached Tree to a size that they didn’t have available, and the Tree delivered was superbly matured and has slotted in with the others that were planted 2 years ago, also from Paramount. Wouldnt hesitate to order/buy again from Paramount, really pleased. Thanks 👌”

“I ordered a large cherry blossom tree after carefully browsing the webpage and speaking to customer services who were very helpful. I was kept updated with the delivery information, the tree arrived in good condition with a rootball ready for planting. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the abruptness to the point of rudeness of the delivery man who refused to leave the tree in my external passageway instead of on my drive. I appreciate they are required to drop off by the curb, however, this is not safe or helpful.”
