“I have bought several plants from Paramount and the quality of all of them has been fine. This cannot be relied upon from all nurseries, some of which continue to sell plants which, for example, have been put in pots much too big for the rootball in an effort to sell them at a higher price. Delivery of a camellia recently was rather delayed, but Customer Services got onto it in good time and did what they could to expedite matters.”

“Excellent customer service . I made an error with my postcode on the order and the problem was resolved swiftly . Communication at all times regarding the order was polite and friendly and I felt everything was handled very professionally . “Very pleased with the 3 bamboo's better than I expected, you are never sure ordering online quite what quality you will get, but these were exceptional plants and very well packed for their journey. Paramount Plants communicated via email throughout the process, and I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would use again.”

“Excellent communìcation from the company at all stages of order fulfilment. The acer I ordered arrived in good condition and the size was as described, if not slightly on the generous side. Good value for money, especially with the discount applicable at time of ordering. I would certainly like to order from the company again, as I was very pleased with their service, but will probably be prevented from doing so by the generally rather high prices.”
