“Second order I have placed with this company and wasn't dissapionted at all with the quality of plants. I chose larger plants and I was advised of a slight delay which enabled me to add to my order. Delivery was excellent. No doubt I will be placing another order.Good value, good size plants, very pleased. Thankyou to the staff at customer services.”

“We took delivery yesterday of our 6 large trees. I would like to thank you for the customer service we have received since placing our order. We received regular updates on our order status followed up by your delivery Driver ANDY who kept us informed of the arrival time at our location. He was unable to park near our home but between us both we managed to take delivery. Not being keen gardeners Andy gave some much needed advice on general planting. Thank you! In these turbulent times our experience has been that many companies use the current crisis as an excuse for Bad customer Service, is cannot be said for Paramount Plants. We have no hesitation on recommending your company. Kind Regards Carole & Jim Kennedy”

“I purchased 4 Thuja Smaragd White Cedar Hedging Rootball . Delivery was smooth and I am very happy with the trees. They were all very healthy and all similar sizes. Highly recommend Paramount Plants.”

“Service was good, photos on website and information given on all plants was good! Have not yet decided where to plant my Amelanchier so it is still in its pot. I trust that it will flourish when it does reach final destination! Many thanks!”

“The plants arrived well packed. I found the hellobore’s were acceptable but not quite the size I expected. Although these plants were on offer they were expensive compared to what I saw was available at our local garden centres. They were not an offer as such. Very expensive plants! As I had not been out and about I thought the plants must have been good value for money. Alas this was not the case and I will not be ordering any more plants.”

“I am happy to received the order which included "yellow transparent apple tree", 8 years old tree, which was planted with great care. very happy to find this tree. I found staff supportive and willing to help best. The packing was done well. Well i wish it was bit cheaper, would have ordered more. Certain things were available only in bulk, which did not help . But it is done and i am looking forward the growing results.”

“We are very pleased with the service and delivery of our order, we have 6 pleached trees 4 of which are slightly fuller in the pleached branches the other 2 had slightly less coverage on the branches, we now look forward to them growing and providing the privicy we are looking for.”

“The pleached trees were in good condition and we were very pleased. It’s always risky buying unseen items on the internet. The downside was that the roots were pot bound so were very difficult to release from the pots. The video was very helpful. I advise getting POW humus from Paramount. We couldn’t get it anywhere else.”
