“Extremely helpful staff assisted from earliest stage looking at photo of my garden and helping with options. Also helping add another couple of items later to the order and including in same delivery. Very well informed about the plants and advising me on that, I asked several questions and all were answered quickly and no trouble. The one disappointment was that the plants were delivered in a low loader and I think had rolled about a bit and some of the branches were broken so one of the trees in particular now has quite a narrow canopy. I am hoping that it won't take long to recover and with Spring growth will broaden out nicely but but it was a shame to receive a tree with snapped branches. Holding them in one place better in transportation could perhaps have avoided this.”

“Fantastic deliver came when it should have come . The condition of the tree was very High and well packed especially around the roots . It was a few days before I could plant it but when I did it showed a good standard and no trauma to the tree after traveling . I would certainly buy from Paramount Plants again . They certainly care for their plants and customers”
