“Unfortunately I cannot review my purchase because on arrival my plant was very badly damaged however the customer service is superb and gave me an immediate no quibble refund so I would definitely re purchase from them again as I like to think the damaged plant was a one off”

“Plant received was OK - I appreciate its not been the best weather this past month. long grass 'weeds' growing from top of pot did not create a great first impression. Hoping to see this plant thrive once the weather picks up.”

“Initially all seemed OK, but after planting the 10 trees, one was clearly not we'd ordered. I emailed & sent photos. Waiting back to hear about delivery of the correct tree. Seems very odd that 9 trees were correct. However, being in our 70s and 50 yards to our back garden, to dig up the wrong tree which means lifting it out of the hole (we put it in as concerned it would die otherwise) - not an easy task at our ages. It clearly states items are only delivered to front of property, but in this instance, help from a delivery person would be appreciated as this issue is not our fault.”

“Fantastic trees/bushes the only improvement would be to long approximate weight so novices like me dont get caught out, I'd have probably bought smaller ones if I'd have known just how heavy they were.”

“The Sales team and the Stock team were very responsive to my e-mails and were very helpful. The experience of Paramount to this point was good. However the Distribution was poor. The trees were only put in the large pots the days before delivery so the soil was loose and unconsolidated so not sure what the point was other than to make them look bigger and therefore justify the cost ?? The delivery lorry did not have a hydraulic tailgate or crane so the only way to get them off the lorry was to roll them off the side from 4ft+ high so they hit the ground hard and all the unconsolidated soil in the pots fell out. Not a good experience at all. The pictures of the trees that I was sent did not look anything like the trees that were delivered either so a not a good surprise there ! The trees were planted by RHS accredited gardeners so I only hope the trees do well !”

“The information I received was informative and the delivery arrived on time with a very helpful driver. However, the magnolia does seem a bit stressed. I've had the tree for nine days and it went into the ground the day after it arrived, with blood fish and bone in the base of the hole as you recommended. There were some yellow leaves and some that were already dead. Some seemed to have holes in them too. I contacted you about it and have been advised to keep it watered - it did seem a bit dry when it arrived. The tree is just what I wanted, blocking the view of new houses built at the bottom of my garden, so I hope it revives.”

“Brought a Cloud Tree for my husbands 60th. He is over the moon with it. The plant is perfect. I brought it on sale and they kept it for me for two months so it was a surprise, so amazing customer service as well”
