“The plants were in excellent condition. Delivery took a few weeks but I was kept informed of delivery date once I had called to query the delivery. The plants look great and they have taken very well in our front garden; can’t wait to see them grow into a lovely hedge! Will definitely use again. Thank you”

“I have bought a number of larger plants/trees from Paramount, the first being the Viburnum Tinus Lucidum Full Standard Trees shown. Paramount excel in every way: clear website, communication about delivery, dedicated delivery team who understand plants (couriers do not always!) and will deliver up a path if asked nicely, plants properly fixed in their containers, healthy plants, and after-sales care/advice. By far the best supplier I have used, my go-to option every time.”

“We replaced on old dead plant . Needing something 5/6ft to give balance with another similar plant either side of a large door. Having bought a similar plant previously, we had confident expectations about the quality of this plant and we were not disappointed. Arrived on time , well packaged as expected. Good strong plant just ready to star bearing berries - very pleased and recommend . Sadly, we had issues with account and order logistics, requiring answers which were drawn out and not always attended to. I had the feeling my questions were put through the 'system' but because they required 'other' departments to make decisions (accounts, sales , despatch , I don't know which) - I was left to wait for an answer for a couple of days sometimes which was not great - needs attention?”

“The customer service received was outstanding throughout the process from ordering online to receiving delivery. Paramount Plants attention to detail, timely communication and care instructions before and after delivery has been superb. The five trees we received were of the highest quality and it is evident that they had been carefully selected as they are very uniform in presentation. The delivery driver was so kind and helpful when he arrived. We were very impressed with how the trees had been so carefully transported. Our house is situated on a corner plot of a busy road and as we are not permitted to raise the height of our garden fence any higher, we wanted to have a little bit of natural screening. The Photinia Red Robin Pleached Trees provide this perfectly. Attached are a few pictures showing the trees as delivered and then planted in our raised beds. We would definitely recommend Paramount Plants to anyone who is looking for quality products, expertise and excellent customer service.”

“Kept well-informed of delivery. Plants well packed. Healthy plants a couple rather pot-bound but prob due to time of year, and they seem to have settled in with some teasing out of roots. Were used to fill a small border in front of a museum for Cheltenhams WW1 original crosses museum”

“Bought a mature tree to plant in memory. Maybe it was the time of year but it didn't look in the best condition and arrived dry and totally unprotected. A bit disappointed but I'm sure it will look better by next year.”
