“First ordered trees in January and were so pleased with the quality that we placed a second order. Karolina in the sales team was very knowledgeable about their plants and helped with our choices regarding our garden aspect and preferences. We had one tree that required a replacement and this was dealt with efficiently and as stated on their website. We have a new garden and will not hesitate to place another order with Paramount Plants again and also they have some beautiful new varieties to choose from.”

“I contacted Paramount Plants for advice on lightly screening my back garden fence. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I had no idea what I was really looking for. They sent me many emails with links, pictures and descriptions of what might be suitable for me. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable, and even without knowing if I would eventually purchase from them, dedicated a huge amount of time helping me with all my questions. They did all the hard work for me and even sent me a link to my ‘shopping basket’ with all the extras I’d need such as composts, feeds, posts and ties, and instructions on how to plant. Really great service. Thank you Charlie.”

“Delivery was very good. Privately delivered, not by a courier so plants didn’t suffer in transit. Both trees were bletter than advertised. I would say so far the best gardening company online I found that actually exceeds your expectations.”

“I have just received my delivery of 10 Cherry Laurel plants and I wanted to let you know that I am delighted with them. They arrived when you said they would and all are in great condition. If I could just get someone else to dig the holes for them, that would be the icing on the cake! Other companies should take a leaf out of your book (pun most definitely intended) when it comes to customer service.”
