“This is the second time I’ve bought from paramount and both times the plants have been healthy and a good size for the amount I paid. The online experience was good, and the only criticism was the time it took to get a delivery date confirmation from the initial order - I would have liked an estimate of how long it would be before the plants were due to be dispatched”

“The bamboo I ordered were in beautiful health and a size I was hoping for! The delivery was a dream. The delivery person was super efficient, courteous and professional. I appreciate so much Paramount’s selection of plants and Your website is very well done. I was only able to shop for this product online. I needed to research the different characteristics of the bamboo I was looking for and the descriptions and details of each varietal was critical for my buying decision-making and I appreciated so much that you made it easy to search, browse, explore and then to make the order. Next time I wish to order plants, you will be the first place I go to! Thank you again, you have made our little patio/garden a peaceful oasis for our family!”

“The bamboo we ordered arrived a day later than we were advised - but this was down to the delivery in these strange times, not Paramount Plants. Having said that, the packaging was superb and the plant healthy and soil still damp. It was planted immediately and is doing very well indeed. Thank you for such a super plant - and your customer service - we would certainly buy from you again.”
