“My Pittosporum tenuifolium plant arrived on time and was well packaged. The plant itself is a good-sized bush. I had a couple of issues with the order and the bush so I contacted Paramount Plants about them. They were dealt with promptly and courteously so I do not hesitate in recommending the company. We are hoping that in time it will provide screening at the rear of our house - we have the same species growing at the boundary of our front garden and it is perfect.”

“Brilliant service. Great communication with all departments, nice people. They went beyond to ship a big tree to Ireland, a very long journey with no problems. So helpful if you need any advice, very competent and knowledgeable workers. Definitely will deal with them again in the future.”

“After a bad experience with another supplier who couldn't seem to supply us a snowball bush we thought we'd try Paramount. Excellent decision! We were kept informed all the way from order to delivery which for us is 30 miles north of Aberdeen. The plant arrived healthy, well packaged and on a pallet. Would certainly recommend.”

“It look a long long time for the plants to arrive. However they have arrived . They were bought for screening purpose. They are splayed on a crude flimsy structure . I was expecting a nicer screening plant . The plant itself is fine .”

“Excellent service from initial telephone contact to ordering through to final delivery. Trees turned up on time and driver was very courteous and helpful. All trees were the sizes and quality stated on the website.”

“We wanted a particular shrub, Garrya Elliptica, which can’t be found everywhere. The specimen we were delivered is in beautiful condition, with new and healthy growth and even all the small and dedicated catkins in place. I’m not sure how the can arrange for a shrub to arrive in such “flower show”condition, but they did. Excellent.”

“I was looking for a particular variety of cypress, surfing the internet I came across Paramount Plants & Gardens and I found interesting the variety of plants and products for cusra them, their website is simple and well maintained, all the information is there you need from the correct choice to the care and treatment of plants from the smallest to the largest. The costumer service answered my questions and kept me informed on the whole journey from the warehouse to my front door. I highly recommend!!”

“Two of the plants ordered were in good condition, but the third was looking sorry for itself. Probably due to the poor way in which the plants had been packed. Am keeping my fingers crossed that they will all go on to make mature plants. Will not be ordering from this company again. I had e-mailed and advised them, but to date have not received a response.”
